We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Family House. The room was super clean, spacious and had a great TV. The location couldn’t be better, it’s really close to the Main Street but far enough away that it isn’t noisy, and the tipsy tubing finishes a 2 minute walk away (which was very convenient). The staff were lovely and very welcoming and they cleaned the room every day whilst we were out. The pool was also a nice bonus! Would definitely recommend to stay here :)

Very nice located Resort just at the River. Pai ist quite noisy, but this Resort is perfect located for Familys. There is a Jazz Club nearby though, but Live Music stops at around 10.30 PM, so no problem. The Personal ist very kind and helpfull. We even could cancle one Night, without paying. The Breakfast was fantastic, with a lot of Fruits and nice coffee. The Pool is not to big but perfect to cool down. The whole Resort ist nice and clean.

The personal touch - it's a family run guesthouse. The owner is amazing. The breakfast is fantastic. Tastes good and looks beautiful. The breastfast area/restaurant bar overlooks the lake, which is so calm and beautiful. The location is perfect. It's in a peaceful area but only after a few minutes walk, the walking street starts as soon as you get out of the hotel.

Great location overlooking the river parallel with walking market,chilling relaxing is easy here, lovely clean pool and gardens, staff are wonderful, speak English.. asked about a fridge and a small bar fridge was brought to our room, so much better when staying a few days…beds very comfy, lovely white bed lined and towels. Big room with small sofa and coffee table, large bathroom right and airy. Nice area to sit outside on own balcony, you need mosquito repellent a must. Nice small choice breakfast menu, juices and beverages. Highly recommend family run, beautifully maintained, this place have everything..

The location was perfect 2 minute walk from walking street. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very nice. We extended our stay and it wasn’t a problem staff helped us and sorted our extra night straight away.

We had a fantastic stay here, so much so that we extended from 3 nights to 6 nights. The room was spacious and comfortable with good A/C and a warm shower. The location was stunning being right beside the river with spectacular views from the breakfast/reception area. It was also just a short walk from tons of restaurants and the main downtown area of Pai. The pool was also very enjoyable and relaxing, though a few more pool chairs would be advisable. The staff were so friendly and worked tirelessly to keep the grounds and rooms in perfect shape. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend!

Amazing place by the side of the river. The place has a good and magical atmosphere. The room was clean and neat. The terrace was perfect to relax.

Perfect located right close to the night market and city center. Parking space for our car was available, also the villas are very spacious, bright and comfortable. Nice and comfy pool area. We would book it immediately again.

My friends and I enjoyed the stay there thoroughly. The breakfast is awesome & their coffee is really one of the best we’ve had. Got to meet couple of the family members who run the place , they and their staff made us feel at home. Haha, even the cats are cute and friendly. Location is convenient and very near to the night market& eateries. Highly recommend the place.
